About the Role:
As Head of Marketing you will lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Responsibilities will include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. You will build a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads and measures the return on marketing investment.

Primary role and responsibilities:
Corporate Identity & Branding – Position of Cirdan as the thought leader in Pathology across global markets using the Pathology Horizons conference and branding. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Communication & PR – leading outward PR strategies and plans that promote key initiatives and promote the business/product’s image and reputation. Create monthly reports for the marketing department and set, monitor and report on marketing team goals.
Marketing Campaigns – Develop social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objective. Create and monitor advertisement activities on various platform keeping the business vision aligned.
Lead Generation & Sales Support – Run campaigns to generate leads and manage and develop the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) throughout the company.
Product Marketing – Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products. Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
Market research – Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Talent Resource Management- Plan, coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of direct reports, delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as accomplished contributors. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance completing performance reviews in a prudent manner.
Financial – Help prepare and manage the annual Marketing budgets for the company.
Essential Knowledge & skills
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience, in marketing, communications or public relations.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
• Skills in writing, editing and using online digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Knowledge & skills
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong computer skills; able to use multiple systems for tracking including CRM software
